Starting Automation

Please read the below carefully. If the settings are incorrect, automation will not run.


Send a Brochure

  1. Set the "Contact Status" field to "Qualified"
  2. Set the "Email Brochure?" field to "Yes"
  3. Be certain that the contact has your Primary Group checked.
     REMINDER: Your primary group = your name

     What will occur?
  1. The contact will be sent the E-Brochure
  2. The system will update the Buyer Journey Stage to "Enlighten"
 
Note: If you have set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes",  the Enlighten Stage drip campaign will automatically start.

Enlighten Stage

  1. Set the "Buyer Journey Stage" field to "Enlighten"
  2. Set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes"
  3. Be certain that the contact has your Primary Group checked.

     REMINDER: Your primary group = your name

     What will occur?

  1. The Account Status will be set to "Nurture"
  2. A stage 1 conversion will occur in the Buyer Journey
  3. In 2 business days, a call reminder will be scheduled for you that is due in 3 business days (5 business days  total from the time the Enlighten Stage drip campaign was triggered).
  4. The 1st Enlighten email will be sent 20 business days after the start of this campaign.

     The remainder of the drip campaign will run until one of the following events occur:

  1. The contact clicks on the "Click Here To Learn More" button (this converts the contact to the Discover Stage and starts that drip campaign.
  2. The contact "Opts Out" of the email marketing.
  3. The Buyer Journey Stage is manually changed.
  4. The "Run Drip Campaign?" field is manually changed.

     If the contact reaches the end of the drip campaign, the drip campaign will automatically restart.

Discover Stage

  1. Set the "Buyer Journey Stage" field to "Discover"
  2. Set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes"
  3. Be certain that the contact has your Primary Group checked.

     REMINDER: Your primary group = your name

     What will occur?

  1. The Account Status will be set to "Nurture"
  2. A stage 2 conversion will occur in the Buyer Journey
  3. In 2 business days, a call reminder will be scheduled for you that is due in 3 business days (5 business days  total from the time the Discover Stage drip campaign was triggered).
  4. The 1st Discover email will be sent 14 business days after the start of this campaign.

      The remainder of the drip campaign will run until one of the following events occur:

  1. The contact clicks on the "Click Here To Learn More" button (this converts the contact to the Evaluate Stage and starts that drip campaign.
  2. The contact "Opts Out" of the email marketing.
  3. The Buyer Journey Stage is manually changed.
  4. The "Run Drip Campaign?" field is manually changed.

     If the contact reaches the end of the drip campaign, the drip campaign will automatically restart.

Evaluate Stage

  1. Set the "Buyer Journey Stage" field to "Evaluate"
  2. Set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes"
  3. Be certain that the contact has your Primary Group checked.

     REMINDER: Your primary group = your name

     What will occur?

  1. The Account Status will be set to "Nurture"
  2. A stage 3 conversion will occur in the Buyer Journey
  3. In 2 business days, a call reminder will be scheduled for you that is due in 3 business days (5 business days  total from the time the Evaluate Stage drip campaign was triggered).
  4. The 1st Evaluate email will be sent 10 business days after the start of this campaign.

      The remainder of the drip campaign will run until one of the following events occur:

  1. The contact clicks on the "Click Here To Learn More" button (this converts the contact to the Justify Stage and starts that drip campaign.
  2. The contact "Opts Out" of the email marketing.
  3. The Buyer Journey Stage is manually changed.
  4. The "Run Drip Campaign?" field is manually changed.

     If the contact reaches the end of the drip campaign, the drip campaign will automatically restart.

Justify Stage

  1. Set the "Buyer Journey Stage" field to "Justify"
  2. Set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes"
  3. Be certain that the contact has your Primary Group checked.

     REMINDER: Your primary group = your name

     What will occur?

  1. The Account Status will be set to "Nurture"
  2. A stage 4 conversion will occur in the Buyer Journey
  3. A call reminder will immediately be scheduled for you that is due in 3 business days.
  4. The 1st Justify email will be sent 5 business days after the start of this campaign.

      The remainder of the drip campaign will run until one of the following events occur:

  1. The contact completes the entire drip campaign. At this point an alert will be sent to you suggesting that you update the Buyer Journey Stage to something other than "Justify". The Justify drip campaign will not automatically restart.
  2. The contact "Opts Out" of the email marketing.
  3. The Buyer Journey Stage is manually changed.
  4. The "Run Drip Campaign?" field is manually changed.
